Excellent service - car drop off was easy with a desk at T5 Heathrow and car returned within 15 minutes of collecting our luggage. All at a great price for the week!

Very efficient service, person was at the desk, car dropped off with no waiting and on return car was just there. Only 12 miles covered which is good for Heathrow.

Very efficient rep at the Terminals Parking desk on our arrival at Short Stay parking at Heathrow Airport T5. On our return, we waited approx five minutes for our vehicle (a pleasant change from some of the other operators we’ve used in the past when we’ve had to wait for ages!). Would highly recommend Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet; a little more expensive than some others but worth every penny.

Terminal Parking again were super helpful. I’ve used them several times but on this occasion I arrived with a suspected slow puncture and they totally took the stress away. While I was away the car was checked over and once all four tyres were confirmed fine, the puncture alert system was reset. All this was done without a penny charged. The driver named Ali, who took it upon himself to sort this out , was extremely kind and professional. Thank you !
